TIFF will recognize these award recipients with unique custom awards created by Bennett Awards.
The design for these awards is based on a geometric, vertically oriented rectangular sculpture with an open cavity in the upper portion. The awards were fabricated in aluminum, and bead-blasted gold. The TIFF logo, award name, and recipient name were all engraved directly into the surface of the award. This is the third consecutive year this unique award design has been the basis for these awards.
The 2021 award recipients will be honored on September 18. The awards presentation will broadcast on CTV and stream internationally by Variety.
Award presenters include Kirsten Dunst, Rebecca Ferguson, director Michael Showalter, Eva Longoria and David Oyelowo.
