American Freedom Fund Commissions Custom Bennett Awards
The American Freedom Fund (AFF), a non-profit organization with a mission to empower veterans through athletic, educational and advocacy programs, commissioned new, unique custom awards from Bennett Awards for its 2018 Hero Awards. These recognition awards, presented in partnership with Heroes Vodka, honor organizations that exemplify courage, determination and dedication to meet the needs of our service men and women and the families that stand beside them.
Three organizations were honored in 2018 with these custom awards:
The Chris Kyle Frog Foundation (CKFF) is a non-profit organization based in Midlothian, TX. CKFF’s mission is to honor GOD, Country, and Families who serve. It is focused on changing the world for this generation and the next by recognizing and strengthening military and first responder marriages through unique programs and powerful partnerships.
Team Addo is a veteran organization who is dedicated to give back to the community and those in need. We will continue to serve our country in any capacity.
American Gold Star Mothers, Inc. (AGSM), is a private non-profit organization of American mothers who lost sons or daughters in service of the United States Armed Forces.
For these recognition awards, the American Freedom Fund worked with Bennett Awards to create a new, unique custom award design based on a hand-sculpted bust of a Patriot. The sculptures stand approximately 6/5” tall, and are mounted on 5” circular bases. The sculpture awards are cast in pewter, and feature a brushed pewter finish. Additional pewter awards were created with bronze platinThese custom awards were presented to recipients at AFF’s annual Manhattans, Martinis and Mistletoe gala, held December 5, 2018, at the National Museum of Women in the Arts, in Washington, DC.
