Bennett Awards Creates Custom Awards for Nike International Soccer Tournament

For the 8th consecutive year, Bennett Awards created custom awards for the 2017 Nike International Friendlies soccer tournament. The Nike International Friendlies is a competition between youth National Teams from different countries. There is both a men’s competition, featuring U-17 teams, and a women’s competition, featuring U-20 teams. Each tournament features National Teams from four different countries. The men’s 2017 competition featured the National Teams from Brazil, England, the Netherlans, and the U.S. The National Teams competing in the women’s tournament were Brazil, England, Finland and the U.S.

The champion of each tournament received a custom award created by Bennett Awards. The awards are custom cups standing approximately 18” high. The cup design features stylized, geometric curves that are sculpted into the cup. The cups are cast in bronze, and feature different patinas colors that highlight some of the sculpted curves on the surface of the cup. The cups are free-standing, and feature the names of the competing teams engraved directly in the cup.

The 2017 recipients of these custom cups, as tournament champions, were Brazil on the men’s side, and England on the women’s side. The tournament was held at the Premier Sports Campus Stadium Field in Lakewood Ranch, Florida.
