Canadian Prime Minister Receives Bennett Recognition Award

The Prime Minister of Canada, Justin Trudeau, recently received a unique Bennett recognition award. Trudeau received the CERAWeek Global Energy and Environment Leadership Award in recognition of his commitment to sustainability in energy and the environment.

Trudeau received this prestigious award at CERAWeek, the premier annual international gathering of energy industry leaders, experts, government officials and policymakers, leaders from the environmental, technology, financial and industrial communities – and energy technology innovators.

For this award, Trudeau was presented with the unique Bennett sculpture award Etcetera, designed by sculptor Tom Bennett. This award utilizes an abstract sculpture design to convey all the little details that are behind any great achievement or accomplishment. The sculpture was cast in bronze, and then mounted on engraved black marble bases with the award details.
