Wheelock Street Capital "Deal of the Year" Perpetual Awards

$0.00

Bennett Awards created a unique custom perpetual awards design for Wheelock Street Capital, a private real estate investment firm headquartered in Greenwich, CT and Boston, MA. This custom corporate award is called the “Wheelock Street Capital Deal of the Year Award”, and is given each year to the person or team in the company that brings in the biggest deal of the year.

The design for this custom business achievement award is inspired by the Heisman Trophy. Rather than a football player, however, this perpetual trophy features a statue of a businessman in the same iconic pose. The businessman is dressed in a suit and a tie, and is cradling a deal book under the “football” arm, and a pen in the “straight arm” hand. This unique, distinctive perpetual award stands approximately 8” tall, and is cast in bronze with an antique bronze finish. The achievement trophy is mounted on a tapered black marble base that includes customized engraved plates with each year's winning recipient(s), and the winning deal. New engraved plates are added to the base each year.

In addition, Wheelock Street Capital had Bennett Awards create a second custom element as part of an integrated recognition award program. Bennett Awards designed custom medallions (see below) that Wheelock Street Capital presents to each recipient, giving them a keepsake to remind them of their achievement. These round medallions have engravings on both their front and back sides. On the front of each medallion is the corporate name, award name, and an image of the sculpture award (the running businessman). On the back of each medallion is the year of presentation, location of the deal, and the name of the award recipient.
