$0.00

A Bennett custom awards design was developed for the Volkswagen Junior Masters Soccer Tournament, an international youth soccer tournament that is the first of its kind in the U.S. Bennett Awards worked closely with Volkswagen of America to create the custom awards design. The unique awards design features two youth figures holding up a soccer ball. The custom awards design conveys the concepts of healthy competition, cooperation, and unity. These custom awards are produced in pewter, and feature a brushed pewter finish. These unique awards are mounted on a multi-tier wooden base with the competition name and slogan engraved into the base. An engraved plate highlights the name of the winning soccer club.

The inaugural custom award was presented to New Jersey’s PDA Pele U12 soccer team after they won the tournament’s championship match held October 18, 2009, at RFK Stadium in Washington DC. The October 18 championship was the culmination of a series of regional tournaments that began in July of 2009. The PDA Pele soccer team will next represent the U.S. in the Volkswagen Junior World Masters Finals, a competition featuring 20 teams from around the world planned for May 26-30, 2010, in Cape Town, South Africa.
