Alabama Policy Institute Policy Warrior Awards

$0.00

Bennett Awards created a unique set of custom sculpture awards for the Alabama Policy Institute (API), an independent, nonpartisan, nonprofit research and educational organization dedicated to strengthening free enterprise, defending limited government, and championing strong families.

These custom awards were created for API’s Policy Warrior Awards, which recognize individuals who take a public stand, even in the face of great opposition, on policy issues that impact the well-being of the State of Alabama and its citizens. These issues align with the core pillars of API: Free Markets, Limited Government, and Strong Families.

For these recognition awards, Bennett Awards collaborated with API to create a new sculpture award design, a 12-inch tall replica of the monumental bronze statue, “Rough Rider,” which honors Alabama’s 167th Infantry Regiment. The original statue stands on the battlefield at Croix Rouge Farm in France, with a companion statue in Alabama’s State Capitol city of Montgomery.

These sculptures are cast in resin and feature a dark antique patina finish. They are mounted on white marble bases with gold-fill engraving.
