Men's Collegiate Lacrosse Championship Trophy

$0.00

The Men’s Collegiate Lacrosse Association (MCLA), a national organization of collegiate lacrosse programs, commissioned Bennett Awards to create a set of custom trophies for their National Championship.

Two custom awards were created: one for the Division I National Champion, and one for the Division II National Champion. Both trophies were based on the same overall award design. The shape of the design was inspired by the MCLA logo, which features an impressionistic line drawing of the curved end of a lacrosse stick. The awards were produced out of a combination of anodized steel and acrylic. Steel formed the curved, outer edge of the award, while clear acrylic was used for the inside of the award. The logos of the collegiate lacrosse teams participating in the tournament were silk-screened into the acrylic surface.

These recognition trophies were mounted on integrated steel bases with engraved plates containing the tournament name and MCLA logo.

The Men’s Collegiate Lacrosse Association (MCLA) is a national organization of non-NCAA, college lacrosse programs. The MCLA currently operates with 200+ teams in two divisions, across ten conferences. More information can be found on their website at http://mcla.us/.
