Jani-King Founders Award
This custom sculpture award was created for Jani-King to recognize the company’s founder and chairman, Jim Cavanaugh, and his 50 years of leadership.
This unique sculpture award combined two different core materials and production techniques. The basic design of the award was a gold crown and the number “50” sitting atop a geometric “stand” that held and elevated the crown. This stand sculpture was then mounted on a circular black marble base.
The lower geometric component of the sculpture was fabricated from high-polished aluminum. The upper crown component was cast in bronze, high-polished, and plated in 14K gold. There was also the number “50” on top of the crown, which was also cast in bronze, but featured a silver-plated finish. Finally, the marble base at the bottom of the award was engraved with the Jani-King logo, recipient name, and a award-specific quotation.
