Bennett Awards created this custom recognition award for G-Form, the leader in athletic impact protection. The custom award design concept was initially created by G-Form, and then refined for sculpting and production by Bennett Awards.
The award is presented to the “HBP” player (Heart-Bravery-Passion) in the Perfect Game All-American Classic, an all-star baseball game featuring the country’s best minor league and college prospects.
The award sculpture was a hand-sculpted hand gripping a baseball. The baseball had a raised sculpted image of the G-Form logo. The sculpture was cast in pewter, and stood approximately 4” tall.
The sculpture award was mounted on a custom maple hardwood base. The base contained direct wood engravings of the G-Form logo, award name, company values, and recipient name. The base measured 3” x 3” x 3”, bringing the total height of the award to 7”
