Univision Honors Latinx Music Artists with Bennett Custom Awards

Univision, the largest provider of Spanish-language content in the United States, commissioned a new set of custom awards from Bennett Awards for their 2022 award show. These awards were created for Univision’s Premio Lo Nuestro Awards, which honor the best Latinx music artists across a variety of genres.

Premio Lo Nuestro’s 34th edition took place on Feb. 24, hosted by Alejandra Espinoza, Yuri and Gabriel Soto. Performers included Anitta, Pitbull, Manuel Turizo, Sebastián Yatra, CNCO, Laura Pausini, and Sting.

About The Custom Award

Bennett Awards has worked with Univision to create the custom award design, inspired by the event’s logo.

  • The recognition awards were centered on a flowing, abstract sculpture design.

  • The abstract sculpture awards were cast in zinc, and then gold plated.

  • The sculptures stood approximately 10” tall, and were mounted on 2” high black marble bases.
