Wounded Warrior Project Commissions Custom Bennett Award for President Trump

The Wounded Warrior Project, an organization dedicated to helping the lives of veterans, their familes, and their caregivers, commissioned Bennett Awards to create a unique custom award to commemorate their 2020 Soldier Ride®. The Wounded Warrior Project Soldier Ride is an annual multi-day cycling event that empowers injured veterans to overcome physical challenges and discover a sense of community among their fellow riders.

This custom award was created to honor President Donald J. Trump. Each year since 2008, Soldier Ride participants have met with the Commander in Chief.

For this recognition award, Bennett Awards created a disk-shaped sculpture. One side of the disk had engraved images of the Wounded Warrior Project logo and the key program values. The other side of the award had images of cyclists using both traditional and special need cycles.
