Bennett Awards Creates Custom Awards for 2020 Twitch Rivals: Streamer Bowl
Bennett Awards created a set of new, unique custom awards for the 2020 Twitch Rivals: Streamer Bowl. The Twitch Rivals: Streamer Bowl was a mullti-stage competition that featured 16 Twitch streamers and 16 NFL Players. Teams consisting of one Twitch streamer and one NFL player competed in a variety of events featuring Fortnite over the course of December 2019 & January 2020. The competition culminated with a live event held at the Super Bowl in Miami, Florida on January 30th, 2020. Participating NFL players included Kyler Murray, Baker Mayfield, JuJu Smith-Schuster, Mike Evans, D.K. Metcalf, Eric Ebron, and Keenan Allen, among others. The team of Clix and Tarik Cohen finished first in the competition.
For this event, Bennett Awards created two custom award designs: 1) a championship award for the two winners, and 2) individual medallions for all participants. The champion’s award was a large, unique 17” geometric pillar-shaped acrylic sculpture award with aluminum accents. These champion’s awards were created in semi-translucent colors consistent with the Twitch brand. The custom medallions were created from zinc with different plating options (brass, nickel, copper, enamel) to designate the order of finish. One side of the medal was sculpted with competition information, and the other side with the Twitch logo. The medals were accented with custom neck ribbons.
