Help Honor Our Unsung Heroes: Recognize Someone

We are very excited to introduce a new non-profit program we’ve sponsored called Recognize Someone (www.recognizesomeone.org). Recognize Someone is a program that helps people recognize someone who has made a positive change in their life, in their community, or in the world as a whole. It's a chance to shine a spotlight on someone's contributions, and share their story with the world.

In the course of creating awards for many different companies and organizations, we realized that there were many “every-day heroes” that didn’t receive this same level of recognition, but deserved to.

Every day, someone makes a positive impact on the life of someone else. That someone could be anyone. It could be a teacher, coach, co-worker, or next-door neighbor. It could even be a stranger who performs a random act of kindness that forever changes the trajectory of someone else’s life. 

The nature of these individuals varies. They might be someone compassionate, someone committed, or someone courageous. But, they all have one thing in common: they have made a difference in the lives of others. Often, the contribution of these every-day heroes goes unrecognized. Wouldn't it be nice to if there were a way to recognize these unsung someone's? 

That’s why we’ve created the Recognize Someone program. 

Details on the program are provided in the www.recognizesomeone.org website, but, in a nutshell, we’ll be collecting nominations from the general public, and then selecting one of these nominees as the “Someone of the Month”. We’ll share the honoree’s story on our website, and provide them with a custom recognition award to honor their contributions.

We welcome you to check out the website, help spread the word, and send us any nominations of people who feel may be deserving of this recognition and award.
